Born in Greenville, SC in 1949, James “Chip” Price became an attorney in 1975. He spent the first three years as an assistant prosecutor gaining trial experience. He opened his own law practice in 1979 and represented individuals continuously until his death.

Our founding lawyer, James H. “Chip” Price III served South Carolina from 1975 until his passing in 2020.
